USUSUSNothing, we didn’t even stay there because we were afraid of getting roaches/bed bugs. Place is not safe at all. We had to go spend more money on a hotel room and the owner (Corey) is rude and wouldn’t give any refund after we asked nicely. I would post more pictures but it won’t let me.
The property was awful, there is black mold everywhere (pictures to show it), rodent poop, human finger nails and hair all over the place, the carpet is filthy and lifting up from the stairs, most the furniture and blinds are broken.
USThe mattresses were old and they had no mattress protectors on them and the linens were miss matched and they had small black hairs all over one of the beds. This was one of his responses: We use a third party linen service. Our Linen service (Allegheny Textiles) use the 3 mechanisms that regulatory bodies require to verify that bedding is adequately cleaned. They conform to all of these, except for the case of colored bedding (which we do not use - we use only white sheets towels etc.) which cannot be bleached. 1. A regulated Ph content of water - that kills most bacteria 2. Bleach - which kills most everything (can't use with colored laundry) 3. Drying heat above a required temperature, for a required period of time, that kills bedbugs and any other pests. The part in parentheses about only using white towels and sheets so they can be bleached, struck me because there were gray sheets on the beds and black and red towels. We arrived at 8 pm, he offered to have the sheets changed the next day, but I was so disgusted we left and never stayed there. And the owner failed to compensate us in any way.

There was not enough cookware to make dinner. They need to add a large covered frying pan and a large stew pot.

No complaints
USLocation was great! Close to downtown, close to bars and restaurants, anything we needed was at our fingertips. Beautiful and clean home, there’s lots of personality to this place. Great morning sunrises and evening sunsets to watch from the deck, we enjoyed coffee outside every morning. A little tricky for us getting in, but that’s because we stay in hotels. In the numerous times we’ve been to Pittsburgh this has been one of our favorites, if not the most favorable. Would definitely stay again!
