Brand new house with private bath in each room

Location was acceptable because we had a car to move into Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Has own parking lot.

I have separately started a complaint with Booking and am asking for a refund. We complained with the property but their best response was the automatic request of a 10 star review. We found a property very disappointing for cleanliness. The ownership is far and our contact (over the phone) initially had to even look at a property map to tell us which key coded entrance to use (2 locations on site). We had an apartment with kitchen and 2 rooms/baths under the roof. The room downstairs was not suggested by the property contact because it is adjacent to the other property and contact said we could have had noise. We found in the room a pile of 5-6 towels completely damp, almost wet. Definitely not usable. They obviously use a cheap cleaning company. Only 2 windows(behind the beds) and very small kitchen/living area. The following is part of our complaint: -the wet towels -the messy washer/dryer basement, soaps, brooms on floor -the utterly dirty filters of the dryer; We did not use to dry the towels - A light bulb missing in a night stand light - The kitchen has seating only for two. We rented for 3 people and they claim the apartment can hold even more. Just beds. - The shower in the tub can only provide hot or extremely hot water. We did not use that shower that was obviously installed by a non-professional plumber. The knob doesn't physically allow for cold water to come out. -The bathroom at the top of the stairs had a dirty floor and dirty shower mats - The bathroom downstairs did not have any shower mats at all - The stairs carpet was dirty

good location for Bills games, close to food grocery and restaurants.

wifi was slow at times.
