GBNothing, it was horrible
The rooms were in horrible condition, there was dust everywhere. Zero maintenance, we saw cockroaches on the floor. The beds had old hairs in it and they had lots of stains and even rips. The pictures are definitely fake. In the morning we didn’t even get hot water, when we told the staff they just gave us an immersion heater. In one of the bathrooms in my children’s room the toilet and the shower were basically over each other as it was so small.
ININI was travelling with my family, and the experience was very disappointing and unsafe. The issues we faced include: Rooms were in pathetic condition, very dusty, with mosquitoes everywhere No drinking water was provided Hotel staff appeared unprofessional and drunk There was no proper signboard indicating it was an OYO property Overall hygiene and service standards were far below expectations

No hot water, no lift we had taken stairs on 4th floor, and staff answer was it'll get ready in 2 hours for everything Cockroaches inside bathroom and on beds Bedsheets and linen was not changed everyday Photos are fake, no cleanliness maintained whatsoever
