The building was new and very modern. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay. The washer was a huge bonus. Everything was spotless. The parking was also a huge plus. It’s outside in a secured space. We found we needed a car for what we were doing over a three week period.

Directions for AC could be clearer. It was probably us-we are use to thermostats on the wall and each unit had a hand held. The thermostats on the wall are only for the heat. We found a YouTube video that helped us out. The timer was set and we would wake in the middle of the night very hot.

Apartment is well located, walking distance to Lake Como, new building, very clean and well equipped. Just a walking distance to Lidel ( grocery store). Restaurants is also nearby. All you need for your stay is right there. Secured building with your own parking spot.

The main issue with this place is that no Air-conditioning. Apartment is very hot, temperature inside was higher than outside.the apartment description in booking.com should be revised and not to include the statement of availability of AC!!! The property management has provided us with Fans, but it wasn't that good enough to cool down the hot rooms, it was very tough time we spent a sleepless nights. Please reconsider this issue. They have a little ventilation fans with temperature indicators as if they are AC units, but unfortunately they are not.

I paid afortune While flat had no AC , really the flat is expensive but fresh and new so o be fair, but we boiled for 2 sleepless nights and when we dared to open windows to have some air we got attacked by mosquitoes and other insects , funny enough company said they can do nothing about it , did. It have the decency to offer anything not even late check out! So strange Go there in winter time ONLY
