El edificio en su parte exterior está descuidado (desconchones de pintura, alguna baldosa rota en el acceso)

Le studio est propre, spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est facile de trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue. Des commerces sont à proximité pour faire des courses.

Le matelas est usé et inconfortable, nous avons mal dormi à cause de cela. Le quartier autour est sans intérêt.
