Apartament was excellent , good location ,close to nice beach. Excellent location for someone with car as there was always free private parking place on front of apartment.

Amazing place, fully equipped. Just 2 minutes walking to the beach. Supermarket there. Friendly staff. Top top. Really 🔝

Free off street parking, washing machine, super close to the beach, supermarket across the road, restaurants nearby, walkable distance to Monopoli old town. Maurizio was a absolutely amazing! even organised a beach umbrella for us, had some Italian treats waiting at check in and was so helpful via WhatsApp. He made our stay so enjoyable.

There is some construction happening on the building so there was scaffolding visible from the kitchen window but nothing major! Sea view is from the kitchen, not the bedroom where the balcony was but again not a major. 20-25 min walk to town (fine for us but maybe not for others!)

Very comfortable, clean space. Excellent host. Most accommodating and apologetic about temporary works being carried out. Daniele is a 5 star host and I recommend the dimora di Zia Angela very highly. I would return again.

Some temporary construction work being carried out on the building. Was quite noisy both mornings . So unfortunate, but the work should be completed very soon.
