The property was a amazing loved it can’t wait to come again

There is nothing I could say I did not like

We really loved our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and outside there’s a barbecue and a taboon. Inside, there are books and board games, which makes it feel extra cosy. The host was very accommodating, and the location is just lovely with great views.

The only thing to note is that the double bed is on the small side, so our sleep wasn’t quite as comfortable.

Lovely location right in centre on the river

Empty shower gel bottle left of bath (this could have been filled before we arrived) there was logs for pizza oven but no fire lighters. Hot tub could do with upgrade as speakers missing and rusty. Most cupboards were not organised and place could really do with a deep clean once and while. Also bunk beds very noisy when coming down from top so not great for whoever is sleeping below

Just by the river. Nice views. Close to the High Street too. Own parking bay. Hot tub great fun and good supply of extra towels, robes etc

Would have been very helpful to have had the basics available immediately on arrival such as tea, coffee, small milk, sugar sachets etc. Quite a walk around the house and upstairs to get from car to kitchen to unload stuff. On 3 levels. Directions poor. The property is not called "banks of the river avon" as implied in the advert. It's "Wharf House". But that is hard to find too because on Google Maps Wharf House is the adjacent property "Shakespear Court" and the Google does not show it in Tolsey street either. The instructions should say "At the end of Back of Avon street, Wharf House is the blue grey clad house attached to the north of Shakespeare Court."

Lovely location by the river, clean and had all we needed. The owner is helpful and friendly to help when we asked too.

Great property in a lovely setting and location, the hot tub was lovely too and the property was well equipped and spotless when we arrived.

Everything was perfect except the weather, but we still had a great girl's weekend away.
