The location of this hotel is tragic. The area is very dangerous and noisy, with many intoxicated and shady individuals around. I hated every minute of my stay. The tiny beach next to the hotel is filthy. Additionally, the hotel demands a deposit and requires guests to sign a bizarre contract stating that they will not take drugs, jump out of windows, or harm others – which made me think these incidents are a regular occurrence here. The soundproofing is non-existent; you can hear everything through the doors and walls. Other guests frequently have wild parties in the hotel corridors in the middle of the night, making it impossible to get any rest. There is no parking and getting to this place by car is the only safe and convenient way, it is very far away from Palma and the bus will take a long time to arrive.

Bathrooms were very dirty The staff in the morning was very unfriendly and called me liar when I reported the situation. We arrived at 18 on the 7th of July only for one night. We went up left our bags ans went to the beach. When we arrived went to use the bathroom and shower after the beach and we realised that the toilet was very dirty. There were some splashes in the toilet seat with a brownish red color that looked either like puke or vomit. I took photos with the intention of reporting that later, since I saw it after the shower. I also saw some spider webs. When we went downstairs there was no one close to reception and we left. I thought it could be valid also to say the situation in the morning. The next morning during the checkout I told that to the staff in reception. They were all the time maintaining a defensive attitude and finally they called me liar saying that those stains where just sand. I uploaded photos for you to judge yourself. If those stains were blood that could be even a serious health issue. They claim that is a 3 star hotel but the cleanliness and the treatment that I recieved from the staff in the morning was not up to these standards.

It was only a few minutes from the beach. The stuff was very pleasant and helpful.

The accommodation is in the party zone, so the music and people from the clubs can disturb you at night.
