Pavilions Marina Apartment 102 - Wynyard Quarter Viaduct Harbour

This property was very clean and the location was great. The hosts were also very accommodating.

Property was located close to event centre, thus an easy stroll to get to our reason for being in Auckland.

Very clean, modern apartment, linen bedding very comfy. Great water pressure for showers. Has all the facilities. Good location with a Woolies metro across the street and plenty of food options nearby. A short walk to the city centre. Wifi good speed.

The washing machine/dryer doesn’t dry the clothes properly (I put in way less than 4kg) I always had to take them out to do another dry cycle. The dry cycle also uses hot water to rinse it first (?) so it takes ages.

The apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. We stayed with our toddler and we were worried about staying in the city with the noise, but the apartment was nice and quiet for both their daytime naps and overnight. The amenities were great with the apartment including everything we needed for a long weekend away (including high-quality towels, linen, kitchenware etc). We really enjoyed the heated pool, and we used the gym facilities too. The instructions on how to collect the keys and access the car park/apartment were easy to follow. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

We LOVED it!! If I could give this property 11 stars I would. It is so nice to be elated with our holiday accommodation. It was excellent value for money considering it also has a secure parking space and 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. - Perfect size for my week-long stay with my teenage daughter with 2 comfy queen beds. - Super clean throughout!! - Well presented and set up with ample kitchenware as well as coffee etc. - Clean, high-quality linens and towels - Beautiful luxury shampoos and washes as well as lots of provisions like toilet paper and laundry tablets. - Heaters, extra blankets and many more special touches. - Lovely heated indoor pool and sauna in the complex. - Super handy Woolworths metro across the road. - Cafes with great coffee minutes walk away. We didn't spend much time inside the unit during the day, so the view was not a problem for us (it looks at other units). I'm SO glad I did not pay more for another apartment with a fancy view, as this apartment was more than suitable. Great holiday rental at a great price :-)
