Everything is perfect
SGAlthough it says it is a hotel, it is more like a serviced apartment. The apartment can be a one room or a sitting and sleeping room depending on the choice. The breakfast selection is limited to one item and fixed quantity, and needs to be requested the earlier evening. They have an iron for clothes which can be requested at the reception.
We were given a different room earlier than the one we booked. After raising an issue we were given the room we booked. This is not appropriate. Also the room was not ready and we had to request additional towels and toiletries.

GBGreat location in the new part of the city. We booked for one night before flying out. Not exactly close to the airport but we were able to reach within 15 minutes (early morning before traffic). The staff were excellent and very attentive bit in reaching out via WA before checking in and on arrival and departure.
The room itself was clean and generally of a good standard. However we had chosen a suite and what we got was a room with a shared lounge area. When we left at 5.00am to go to the airport two people we sleeping on the floor in the lounge area.
