The rooms were poorly maintained, cleanliness standards were extremely disappointing, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The washrooms were in bad condition and did not meet even basic expectations. The service was equally poor. Staff behaviour was unprofessional, response times were slow, and there was little concern for guest comfort. The amenities and facilities shown online did not match the actual experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay. There are far better options available at the same price. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I would never stay here again.
