I hated this hotel. The pictures on booking don’t look anything like the actual hotel. My first room stunk of sewerage, my second room wasn’t much better. No toilet seat, leaking aircon pipes, toilet door jamb was too low so I kept hitting my head, beds were dirty. The only WiFi is in the small reception room and it’s terrible. One member of staff started arguing with me because I was using the WiFi too long. Honestly hated every minute I spent in this hotel

Gesture of the service staff, in-premise 2-wheeler parking space, property-environment.

Next day, the reception incharge person did NOT accept the booking of the stay for 2nd day via booking.com or MMT due to less price & discounts offered, and forced on-spot booking and direct-payment. This caused inconvenience.

"Fraud/ spam"

They charged more than the booking amount. They dont want you to book online as it was cheaper neither they want you to check in with online booking. And cash handling is been given to the hotel itself so they add the convenience fee and increase the total amount. My total amount to be paid was around 2119/- But the hotel charged me 2550/-
