"Convenient for our purposes - near relatives, but quite expensive for what it offered."

Very clean.

Lots of obvious things were missing. No tea towels, no teaspoons, no breakfast bowls (just 2 tiny rice bowls). The place smelt quite musty.

"Great place to stay"

Everything from start to finish of booking was smooth, easy and great communication. The space was tidy, private, modern and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is coffee mugs with handles. There are bowls for hot drinks
