Very comfi bed in a nice room, quiet area near to marina and shops incl. parking. Just the stairs outside to bath and kitchen could be dangerous for some. Bath & kitchen are in one area and via an outside way but very modern. One of the best accommodation I had in 3 weeks NZ!
