The property is great. It has everything you need and matches the description.

Our departure day was awful. The day before, we agreed with the hosts to leave between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. We spoke with them three times. The last time my wife spoke with them was near midnight the night before check-out. She wanted to confirm that we were on the same page about the departure time. However, when the next guests arrived on the day of our departure, the hostess came and started screaming at us for not being ready to leave yet. It was near to 12:30. She was also very angry that we took clean bed linens from the wardrobe. Did she think we needed to use the same bed linens for a month? Well, we hadn't finished our lunch, but we left anyway. I should mention that we are a family of four with two children, and my son is only one year old. There is one more thing. The phone number listed in the property description is not Spanish, but rather a number from the Dominican Republic. My wife called to explain that we had some problems picking up the rental car at the airport and that we were now driving to the property. However, the man who answered said that he didn't know anything about the property or our check-in time. He said that something was wrong and that there was most likely a mistake in the property description. It's strange that guests can't get information by calling the phone number listed in the description. As a result, we paid more than seven euros for this international call, and we were stressed while driving to our destination.

Erstmal ist da dieser unbeschreibliche Ausblick auf den Playa de la Mata. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1 OG ist modern ausgestattet, alles ist neu renoviert. Eine große modern Küche mit allen notwendigen Geräten ist vorhanden. Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch (mit Meerblick) lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC + nich ein separates WC. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit den typischen 140x200m Betten, Möglichkeiten tur Kleideraufhängung, so dass man nicht aus dem Koffer leben muss. Im EG gibt es außerhalb der Wohnung einen Freisitz mit Tisch/Stühlen und einem Kühl/Gefrierschrank. Strandstühle sund vorhanden. Eine Ausdendusche zum Sand abspülen und der Stellplatz für das Auto sind ebenfalls im Freisitz integriert und hinter einem verschlossen Tor. Alles in allem - wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einzig die Treppe zur Wohnung war etwas steil, um große Koffer oder den Einkauf hochzutragen. Also für gesunde Menschen gibt es NICHTS zu bemängeln.

Que los dueños viven al lado y la señora esta pendiente de uno,incluso entro varias veces sin estar nosotros a poner un carton en la finca para q el coche no manchara de aceite.Creo q podia haberlo echo estando nosotros.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Direkter Blick auf den Strand. Sehr netter Empfang. Alles war unkompliziert.

Wir hatten eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastfamilie. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt: direkt am wunderschönen Playa Cabo Cervera, ideal zum Baden und in der Nähe von Bars und Restaurants. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung bestens weiterempfehlen. Very modern, neat and clean apartment with a beautiful sea view. It is ideal that you can walk straight from the apartment to the beach. We had a great time, everything you need is available in the apartment. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance.

A/C and other amenities. Beautiful property very well kept. Owners were fantastic, very friendly and helpful (even in the middle of the night!).
