Muy cómodo para ver la ciudad.. Buen desayuno, personal muy atento. Habitación amplia.. Zona con mucha vigilancia policial.

Beautiful stay with helpful staff. Saad (I am sorry if I did not spell that right!) was the best and so kind! Perfect location in the heart of the old Medina.

Beautiful riad and hospitable staff. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The breakfast that is provided is also delicious.

Riad only takes cash payment. No other complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The room, food and service

I didn’t like that the room’s shutters opened to the common area. The room wasn’t secure although I experienced no problems with my belongings.

Large portions for breakfast.

Our room did not have a functional bathroom. The sink was usable, but both the toilet and shower were out of order, so we were asked to use the communal bathroom that was shared with the restaurant guests. Moreover, our room was not available at the time of our check-in, and we were asked to wait ~40 minutes in the lobby reception until they were able to clean the room. Once in the room, we found it to be dirty and outdated. Lastly, we found the location okay, but the north side of the medina generally feels nicer and more interesting. Given the bathroom situation, we asked for a discounted rate on our stay but were offered only an apology. While I hope our experience was atypical, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price, there are plenty of other good options to choose from in Tangier.
