If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to PHP 1500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. LONG STAYS. We’d like to have you longer! However, this might open the possibility of electricity bill skyrocketing. To encourage good usage, guests who are booked from 19 nights and up are required to deposit P5,000 before arrival. HAIR DRYER & IRON. Please request these ahead if you need one. Available upon request: Extra towels for a minimal fee. Early check in/late check out fee: P100 per hour before 3pm check in and after 11am check out. Depends on availability. A deposit may be required at the property.
