The staff was really, really amazing and accomodating. Especially the young man who helped us with our luggage and who showed us to our room. I forgot his name, but every request that we had he completed ASAP and made surw that everything was comfortable and clean. Reception was also really kind and accomodating. They even helped us change our room once we figured out that our inital room didnt have a balcony, free of charge.The dinner we had in their restaurant was delicious. Location of the hotel is great if you are continuing your journey to the islands via ferry since it is located basically in the port, plus our gate was literaly in front of the hotel. They can offer parking in a secure garage, but its not very close, couple of mins walking, across a bigger street, so kind of messy if you have a lot of luggage.

The breakfast that was included with the price was modest, to say the least and not very good. We gave up on breakfast.

The location is perfect, right across from the ferries and close to the Metro and bus stops.
