All in all a very nice hotel, and staff was great.

It is very convenient to walk and access to the near by restaurants to eat yummy food around the premises

A little on the expensive side for a superior room which was small.

The best position to catch the ferry boat. The staff of the reception is very helpful and kind.

The bathroom has no window, not even ventilator to clean the air quickly. In Summer there are only the Winter covers available in the airconditioned room, it's impossible to sleep well. It's pity.

It is in a brilliant location for the port and metro. Getting of the ferry you can see the hotel lights and name lit up - which is reassuring and helpful. It is the sort of international hotel you would expect in any business district of a European city. It is dependable and well run but not particularly distinct or cheap

Breakfast was a bit limited but OK. No toaster.

Great location for a night's stopover for both ferries and the airport. Comfortable beds. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

I had a strange experience with the breakfast staff - rather abrupt and unhelpful, but then I noticed a man come in after me and he got a completely different service! The lights in the room were a complete pain trying to work them out! The room obviously hadn't been checked properly before I checked in as there was some medication left in the fridge.
