IEI liked everything. The apartment is cute and cosy, very well located within a short distance to the bus station and to the city centre, also very close to several takeaways, pubs and there's a Tesco right in the corner. Best accommodation I've booked so far. Toni was great to send me all the information needed in advance and in the apartment. Also, he was very kind to help me with an issue that I had late in the Christmas Eve (it wasn't actually an issue, just me being stupid 😅). I would definitely recommend and book again.

DEDie ideale Lage zur Ulster Hall, wo wir ein Konzert besuchten. City- und Bahnhofsnah. Restaurants in Laufnähe. Die sehr vielfältige Ausstattung mit allen essentiellen Gebrauchsgegenständen, Küchenutensilien inkl. Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Gewürze, Essig, Öl und einiges mehr (🤩Wein!), wohlsortierte Pflegeprodukte uvm. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Die brutal gemeine Bettenkante an der unteren Ecke!

PTVery good location, 10 min walking from city center. Tesco and a lot of restaurants nearby, 1 min walk. The apartment were very well decorated and with all facilities. We loved the bottle of wine
There was some music audible at night (possibly from a nearby bar), but it wasn’t too loud. I used earplugs and slept perfectly well.

Solo il letto ad una piazza e mezzo, ma oggettivamente non c'è spazio per mettere un letto piu ampio. Va bene cosi. Complimenti all'Host
FRlogement bien équipé. nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hote mais celui ci fut réactif suite à un problème sanitaire. gentille attention pour l’accueil. bonne connexion wifi. près d'une supérette
le quartier n'est pas touristique et nous avons eu du bruit les soirs de week end
AREl departamento perfecto... comodidad...instalaciones...ubicación...a pocos minutos del centro. Su dueño merece un comentario aparte ya que se mantuvo en contacto cada vez que se presentaba una inquietud... Volvería y lo recomendaría sin dudar!

GBGreat location for me, 5 mins from where I was working and able to walk everywhere, explore Belfast a bit. Very easy to get in, really helpful online doc with all the info you need, helpful messages from owner. Good value for money
It is small, ok for 1 person/couple, area not that great and a bit noisy though didn’t have any problems sleeping, decor and linen a bit tired and no tea towels in kitchen.
