Keys easy to access, good communication with host, had everything you need and everything in good working order. Strong WiFi connection and heating/appliances easy to use.
Didn't seem to be normal tv channels, couldn't access any 'freeview' channels. House was spacious and clean enough, you get what you pay for and for the price it was reasonable. I would book again if I needed to stay in hull for any reason

Comfortable dining room Big tv in living room. Bedrooms fine.
Soaf bed very uncomfortable. Bedding stuffed underneath looked undesirable. We booked for four people bedding could be better presented. Bedroom had rubbish down beside bed lolly sticks and rappers which made me feel uncomfortable regarding cleanliness. Problem with bathroom light not working. Kitchen it self fine but very few cooking pots pans . Really wouldn't cost much to have the minimum salt /pepper sugar etc already in kitchen. Some minature milks But only tea bags .

This is a lovely house, well situated in a calm area, from which it is easy to get out and visit other places like York or Hornsea. The house is largely suitable for any family of 5 like ours.
The floor and carpet were not clean when we arrived. The garden is not usable.
