Ground floor noisy and underground floor with no windows to open, no extra pillow cases, so the extra pillow was useless, no possibility for fresh air

Bonne emplacement, c’est indéniable. Un endroit fonctionnel, sans aucun charme, aucun service. Objectivement peu à reprocher mais on sent vraiment l’investissement plus que tout autre chose.

Lieu sans âme, sans humanité. Un investissement locatif ou le moindre centime de dépense est optimisé.

The apartment is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, clean and facilitated with everything that needs for stays five nights. Very easy to check in and easy to get to many places of your interests like monuments, plazas, museums, parks.

Super location, close to train stations, a variety of wonderful restaurants and walking distance to historical sights.

We arrived at 1 P.m. and were just getting settled when the lights started flickering and then went off completely.. We checked the fusebox nothing was wrong. Phoned the rental number and didn’t get much help the first couple of calls. Ended up calling Booking .com to see if we could get a different place. That helped and an electrician was arranged to come between 6 and 7. We headed out, returned around 5 and were now locked out! Owner should leave directions on how to operate the door. Finally got all that solved and discovered our bed had stained sheets(they had been laundered but should not be used in a rental) and soiled pillow case. That too got solved by laundry being dropped off. The kitchen cleaning products were too limiting, with only 1 dishwasher detergent cube,and a very tiny bottle of dish soap and we were there 5 nights, yet th bathrooms had several bottles of shampoo. More thought needs to be put into supplies if not just having people for one night.

The location was great - close to train station, parks, and restaurants - La Canada across the street was great for breakfast, and the fruit/vegetable store was very convenient and opened until late. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern, but the kitchen and living room were small.

The noises from the street at late night and early morning (bars closing, street cleaners, delivery trucks) was very loud for the upstairs bedroom. The noise from the AC condenser was too loud for the downstairs bedroom, so we could not run the AC when we slept at night.
