Good sized room with excellent shower and hot water supply, both in the kitchen and the bathroom. Use of the shared household washer and dryer, which are coin operated, was much appreciated.

This comment refers to the self-contained kitchen in the King Studio (apartment 10) ¦ The kitchen is well provisioned with a full-sized sink, hotplate, full-sized fridge and all utensils; but, the kitchen lacks a suitably sized food preparation area, and what is available between the hotplate and the sink is very cramped.

Would have preferred cotton sheets, and not poly-cotton

Staff is really helpful and communicative, location is perfect for my stay and walking distance to city. Amenities made it very convenient for meals and laundry needs. Definitely will book again.

Good location for walking into central Exeter, good to have a car parking arrangement that was hassle free, nice to have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry available, self-check in was easy and staff were great with answering queries over the phone.

Very fat, puffy pillows - sorry but they are not for everyone. A bit of mouldy mastic by the shower and a water stain on the ceiling
