The host should provide written instructions on how to access the apartment and parking garage. The video instructions that were provided (in Italian) were very difficult to understand for English speakers.

PLApartment was just excellent and I highly recommend it! It's close to the airport and the city center, it has two bedrooms with private bathrooms, it was as clean as possible and the host was really friendly and helpful. Sincere 10/10!
USGreat two bedroom set up! The host, Antonio, was wonderful and came over right away when we could not figure out the air conditioner. The place was immaculately clean and well situated in Bologna! 10 out of 10!
Very little parking on busy street directly in front of location and the secure parking garage was a bit small….but it was able to just fit our small SUV rental car. 😀

Air con didn't work first day, was very hot but staff did fix the next morning after we messaged. They were very helpful and attentive and accommodating
CAGreat location. Easy access with touch pad so didn’t have to carry a key. Secure underground parking with convenient elevator access to the apartment. Lots of space, nice patio overlooking street. Very clean. Very responsive and helpful host.
Bed in second bedroom was a little hard. Kitchen could use paper towels, ice tray. Noticeable sound of water tank filling after shower use.
