Why is it that I have to rate this property, I booked this on Jan 2 and booking.com collected my money, The property owner said that they are fully booked. Up to this writing, I have not collected my refund. I have called the owner several times, telling me that they are fully booked, I have tossed back and forth. Super disappointed with booking.com and much more with the property owner. Where is my refund???
