No power after traveling for hours and wanting to wind down with a cup of tea and watching TV. Should guesthouses not be equipped with back up?

The host communicates and is available to assist. We had no water the last day but there was back up. The location is good and close to shops.

I was traveling for work and the wifi signal was not very good, but the host did communicate. This also affects the TV as it is a smart TV. The bed in the seating are was not steady and the couch was very stained. But the overall experience of the place was not bad at all, it was clean just the couch. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror as well
