The full separate baths were nice so me and my friend were able to get ready without being in each other's way.

First, the location is right next to a fire station, so loud sirens would go off at random times throughout the day and night. The walls of the apartment are also extremely thin so I was woken up several times by people on the sidewalk outside, only made worse by the fact that there are no curtains on the windows. One room is right next to a streetlight so it never gets completely dark, even with the blinds fully closed. The beds are really firm and there are no overhead lights in either bedroom, only some lamps that provide a little bit of light. The microwave is broken and would not turn on at all. The washcloths were dirty—one had someone's pubic hair stuck in it. I also don't think it's mentioned in the listing, but only street parking is available. It's free, but it's very limited.
