Urban Nest ATL

I loved the decoration and open layout. I also loved the snacks and gifts.

The gnats were horrible. We tried making traps and bought spray nothing would work.

It’s exactly as advertised and the host was in contact with me the whole time about any questions and Check in times will surely be booking again with this host!!

It was lovely there was nothing not to like

The furniture in the sitting area furniture was not very comfortable.

Apartment had a lot of space and right next to parking. After my issue with checking in to a dirty apartment was resolved the place was very clean and spotless.

When I arrived and checked in (11pm) the entire apartment was not clean. Beds was not made, trash all over, hair all over bathroom floor and sink. I was in shock because I received a message saying that I could check in early before 3pm. I called and this was corrected by her team coming out and cleaning the entire place but we did have to wait several hours which means it was after 1am before we could get into the apartment. After the place was cleaned I had no complaints other than you cannot control the a/c. She had a pin lock on it and when asked if I could have the pin she told me she controls it on her phone. So it was set to 80 the whole stay!!! Which was irritating because I would get hot at certain times of the day/night and had to open the windows or would just leave to get out of the hot apartment that I am paying for!!! **Not enough lighting in 2nd bedroom.** My other issue was that I feel like this place is not in a safe area. Upon arrival there was more than 8 homeless people outside and on the corner sleeping. I know this has nothing to do with the apartment owner but if you are traveling alone I feel it is not safe. And for me traveling and arriving at night to a unknown area I did not feel safe getting out of the car or leaving the apartment.
