House on the sea garden

Casa accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Cucina interna ed esterna. Grill, macchina da caffè, forno e frigo. Amache per un relax totale all’esterno. Zona calma e praticamente a due metri dall’acqua.

Si jolie maison avec une vue idyllique sur la baie!

Il ne nous a manqué qu’un tout petit peu de vaisselle pour que tout soit parfait !

Spacious, nice outdoor terrace The road outside between house and the sea was quiet. Watching people making use of the cycle path and walking especially the musical cyclists was nice. The view of sea and Marsala across the bay and the sunset was very relaxing.

No electric kettle,toaster, bread or chopping boards no bin in the kitchen, no explanation for different recycling. An information folder would have been good, especially as the one way system made journeys out quite long . 12 km to Marsala but only 5km back. No coffee table in lounge to put glasses of wine or tea. Only 1 bedside light in each bedroom. 2 boxes of children toys in lounge as well as tricycle and other children toys scattered arround outside. Tap water was very salty so had to go out straight away to buy bottled water. A couple of bottles in the fridge to start us off would of been good. None of these things would take a lot to rectify.

The Villa is beautiful, three steps from the laguna with a marvellous sunset view. It is close to Marsala (10 mins) and loads of amazing restaurants. Our son loved playing in the garden and we loved reading in the patio with an exquisite view of the sea. Strongly recommend it - keen to come back on our next sun break!
