We were a group of four adults and three babies Arrived to check in at 3..30 pm. We collected the keys and access card. When we drove in to enter the facility, we were stopped by a security guard denying us entry. A member of the management told us it was against their rules for the owner to grant access to us, homestay guests. Only at 5 pm we were allowed to enter. What an unexpected surprise to begin the holiday.
