the house is so cozy..and clean..will absolutely repeat to stay here and recommended.

The apartment nicely set up, everything that's needed was there. Was surprised to see there's baby chair with cushion n baby's bath tub. Only setback was, upon leaving the house, all electrical items are turned off automatically. Came back late, whole house in darkness n fridge also stopped working.

The bedding n comforters... Not properly washed and aired, feel uncomfortable to cover self course can feel not fresh, mattresses sunk in when lying down. Kitchen pots not properly washed, still oily, so is the dish cloth. Floor not mopped clean. Toilet basins not washed clean.

The location is great, which is the main reason for the good rating.

However, I didn't enjoy my stay. The bathroom lighting is too dim due to the warm light, making it feel dark and uncomfortable. The bedroom wasn't clean, and the master room had a noticeable smell. My parents even felt itchy while staying there. Overall, disappointed with the cleanliness and lighting.

the location is ok, convenient and well positioned the property is spacious the property has an adequate kitchen water supply is good pretty much all technical features function as expected

the property has a strong mildew/damp smell which is difficult to get rid of the bathroom is old tired, and noisy (a lot of noise from the windows) there is a washing machine but no drier and the balcony and climate doesnt suit any laundry with a hope of drying there is no airconditioning which means that on very hot days you only have ceiling fans which is not enough there was a air purifier and dehumidifier but these were not much use because of the strong mildew odor the owner or previous tenants left consumables behind that looked so old that they should have been thrown out we would have used the kitchen but the arrangements in terms of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils were not very suitable. the owner should rethink this - it suggests most guests are take-out or eat-out visitors the lounge area is pretty grubby and we felt the couch stains made it pretty unhygienic
