The accommodation was well located near Preston city centre.
It was poorly presented, there was no bin, no hangers, no towel hooks, no drip mat, no rack for products in the shower, and no loo roll holder. The toilet hadn't been flushed. The glasses were dirty (and smelly). Outside was tatty. There was no elevator. Worst of all, a problem with the front door meant we were trapped in the building for half an hour.

It was clean It was warm It has a nice functional kitchen When I stayed it was decent value for money
Flimsy blinds in the bedroom allow light in from street at night so prevented me from getting a decent night's sleep. People, get proper curtains. The range of cooling utensils and pans/ pots wasn't great There was a half-washed saucepan with water left under the sink
