Solo me gusto la vista al océano

Había solo 4 sillas, cuando se alquila para 6 personas. Había solo 4 tazas. Las almohadas que estaban guardadas y que serían para unos del sillón/cama del living tenían hongos. No permitieron el ingreso de mi familia porque el anfitrión no avisó el nombre de los integrantes del mi grupo . La publicación no avisa que al llegar hay que pagar a la administración del edifico el uso de las instalaciones (ES ILEGAL) y deberían reembolsar ese dinero $ 100 que me obligaron a pagar por sorpresa. BOOKING deberia reembolsar o la persona que lo alquila

Here is your 5 star review that you so desperately ask for in every interaction. We stayed 10 days, the room is NOT comfortable for long-term travelers as there is glass furniture everywhere. Room is NOT suitable for young children as there is glass furniture everywhere (death trap). We checked out a day early, we don't stay where we don't feel welcomed. Major Major Drama with the front desk over a simple request for laundry services after paying $1,500 for our stay. BTW, we left the "laundry card" loaded with money for the next guests... cheap ass hosts and Ai responses did nothing to help other than... GO DOWN AGAIN AND ASK... no after 3 times you can GFY! $7 dollars for the privilege of having your Amazon package delivered to the hotel Hundreds of rules. Unfriendly tension between people that live in the building and renters. In my opinion the hotel LONG LIST (PAGES) has rules designed to charge you anywhere between $100 dollars and thousands of dollars, but really designed to not only control every aspect of your visit but to keep certain people out…. you quickly realize, "NOTHING INCLUSIVE" about this hotel and the many rules and policy contributes to systemic lack of diversity. It’s a long walk to the Hollywood boardwalk, don’t bother sitting at a restaurant, high prices, mandatory 20% tipping, they change prices depending on how much they can get away with. ALERT Ask for a receipt on every single purchase down here. It is a cesspool of How can we rip you off? If you walk into a store they look at you like you’re trying to steal something. Just Pass !

Ocean view is amazing! And the location is great

It was very difficult for us with the entrance door lock system.

Nice view to the ocean and beach. Clean and fresh apartment.

Lack of kitchen wares and other supplies.

Right on the beach, close proximity to shopping like Walmart and Publix for supplies, great views

The check in process was a nightmare - the property management company didn’t add our names into the system so we had to go between the two buildings for half an hour until they let us in. Also we had to wait an hour to get a FOB into the building the following day, as well as getting a parking pass. I had to ask 3 separate times for a laundry card and finally the lady in the office let me use her personal card bc other owners provide the cards so they were all out. We also had to ask several times for more towels and only were given more when I said we were going to slip on the floor bc they provided none for the floor and only one per person. The kitchen has two small pots - we booked this location bc of the kitchen and it’s pretty bare - not even a pot holder. They provide one roll of toilet paper, one paper towel, and one trash bag - anything else is on the vacationer to purchase on their own. If you are only staying a short amount of time like we were (5 days) there are better places that are better stocked to take care of a short term traveler. Lastly - the television remotes didn’t work when we were there - the owner sent a “tech” to fix it - some dude showed up late with a fanny pack on and talked On the phone in another language and said he’d come back later that day - then the owner asked if he could just set up a time for us to call the cable company or if we just wanted to not fix it - I thought that was pretty lazy - it seemed like they were banking on us not staying that long so they didn’t have to fix it and that it probably wasn’t a new problem - they did end up fixing it when I told them that we were disappointed in several things about our stay but it really shouldn’t have come to that.
