Apartment in Sea Point.

Well presented property, spacious with a lovely terrace which gets the sun in the morning. The building itself is well equipped with a pool and (excellent) deli.

there was enough space and the set-up was nice

i booked the place for 6 days but left after 2 as it was crazy hot in the room, no aircon and because of high buildings no wind whatsoever. also a lot of mosquitos as a result. in addition, the wifi cable was broken and they were unwilling to fix anything - even worse, they asked me to pay for it. will never go back here

Close proximity to everything

I did not like the bed, made it difficult to make the bed. But also felt like a bunk bed

Convenient Comfortable

Prior to coming here we had stayed at a Bungalow in Rural Mozambique, so coming to Anver’s apartment was heaven. It’s very modern and spacious, and has everything you need and more. He and his son picked us up from the airport even if it was very late and we might would have missed the last connection, they were ready stand by. Much appreciated, such lovely hosts. The Norfolk Deli - the cafe in the same house was also amazing! Very nice with lobby and security guard 24/7. Perfect location in a safe area for a lovely stroll on the beach front.

The only thing that bothered us were the sounds. During night is fine, but very early there is lots of sounds from the apartment above and the hallway which is disturbing, I’m guessing it’s kind of bad sound isolation. Other than that everything was perfect!

Excellent host and perfect location with easy access to all local amenities.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough! It was spacious, cosy, well equipped and in a great location to explore Cape Town. I was travelling alone and here for 2 weeks and felt very safe. Anver was a terrific host and went out of his way to ensure my stay was superb - he went and purchased beach towels for me to utilise at the beach and even set up another outdoor setting in the courtyard during the mid-week apartment clean. The complex staff (reception & security) were lovely, the rooftop pool was great and the deli next door was a must visit (great food, coffee and friendly staff). I will absolutely stay here again when I next visit Cape Town.
