Catstone Lodge Studio 2

The lodge was beautiful in a lovely quiet location. Clean and well equipped. A huge and comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and went over and above to make our stay a pleasurable one. Many thanks.

Fantastic property with even private bar and variety of drinks. Beer on tap was a surprise.

Catstone Lodge is a beautiful and peaceful place that I would recommend to anyone. Solo traveler? this is the perfect safe space and wonderful for winding down. Niamh is an exceptional host that goes above and beyond. Her kindness and inviting bubbly nature makes you feel very comfortable. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept on! The studio is very clean and has everything you need. You can tell that they have put a lot of love and thought into the place. I hope to return soon!

Idyllic cottage in the country, absolutely stunning inside. Host had left out some bread, tea etc. Two kilometers from local village.

Nothing from my point of view however it is out in the middle of the country so probably wouldn't suit everyone.

Niamh & David were perfect hosts. The fridge was stocked with bacon & and eggs, which made a wonderful breakfast together with lovely fresh brown bread which was also provided. That was a lovely touch. If you love cats and dogs, you will be in heaven here. Sky & Storm [the two dogs] were most welcome visitors. It is off the beaten track, but that adds to the enjoyment. Take the Moate road in Ballymore & turn right at the blue painted rock after about a kilometer. We will definitely return to this wonderful home from home.
