Nous sommes très déçus par notre séjour. À notre arrivée, le logement n’était clairement pas prêt : le lit n’était pas fait, il y avait des gouttes d’urine sur le couvercle des toilettes et le lavabo des WC était sale. Il n’y avait pas non plus de savon liquide dans les toilettes. Nous avons dû nous contenter d’un seul petit morceau de savon pour trois jours, ce qui est insuffisant et inadapté, surtout lorsque l’on accueille des voyageurs. Après notre signalement, l’agence a envoyé une femme de ménage environ une heure plus tard, alors que nous étions déjà à l’intérieur du logement. Le nettoyage aurait dû être effectué correctement avant notre arrivée, et non une fois que les clients sont installés. Voyageant avec un bébé, nous avons été particulièrement choqués par le manque d’hygiène et d’organisation. Nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit aux familles ni aux personnes qui recherchent un logement propre et prêt dès leur arrivée.

There is a notice inside the apartment stating this, but it's too late to get this information, especially when it is cold and rainy. There are LOTS of blankets. The listing should updated to state that there is a "moka stovetop style coffee maker" in the kitchen.
