Incorrect code on the key box. Lacked details about how to get into the property. Host’s phone was turned off.
GBGBThe place was unclean. Black mould was present in the bathroom. Only one bed was dressed. The gas ran out during my stay so I was freezing all night. The kitchen equipment was dirty and the one knife blunt.

Property was very loud due to neighbours plus difficult to breath in due to mould and dust. I'm sure someone entered the property when I was out as things were moved and a mess made.
DEWe had plenty of room a well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. Floor was all carpet so you could comfortably walk without making too much noise. Check-in and -out were easy. A bus station only 5 minutes away got us into the city centre quite fast (bus tickets 2 pounds each) and a Uber outwards only 9 pounds.
One shouldn't expect too much from the neighbourhood. Water pressure in the shower was a little low (but still ok). House and facilities in general need getting used to (depending on one's expectations).

GBClean, welcoming and easy to get to the city center - there is a bus stop just next to the house and it takes approx.15 minutes. There is everything needed for a short stay, kitchen utensils, even shampoo and shower gel. Very clean beds and great mattresses.
The house from the outside looks a bit like a haunted one - but that is not necessarily a bad thing :) the only thing - it has three stairs levels, so not an easy thing to get to the flat, is you are disabled or are travelling with some heavy luggage. The hall wasn't very clean and had some strong smell.

GBThe owners are very responsive which was valued, full flat facilities a bit tired and musty but tidy, and bathroom very clean. towels, shampoo, cleaning products, toilet and kitchen roll supplied, even water and some left over products from previous guests which was appreciated. Lots of hand sanitizers around the flat, a comfortable stay would recommend.
Location good but house situated in a very poorly maintained lane way, didn’t like that the lane way is secluded and the front door is kept propped open! bedding, pillows and quilt need replacing, although bed fairly comfortable. Outside the flat front door is a large, dirty sticky stain that needs addressing we had to step over it going in and out of the flat, apart from that it’s a good value stay
