U6 Cómodo bien localizado cerca de Metro

The location of the property is good, it's closely located to the metro station which makes it very easy and cheap to travel into central Madrid. The neighbourhood is vibrant and multi-cultural, and there is a lot going on nearby. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, and has a lot of space, able to sleep 3 people in separate rooms comfortably. The bathroom is well equipped.

Collecting the keys and accessing the building was complicated - it wasn't immediately clear due to the language difference which floor we should be looking on to find the lock box. I think this is something the property could communicate better to future guests. Two of the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, but one was not, which made that room unbearably hot. The wifi was fairly slow in some parts of the apartment including one of the bedrooms.

Clean with comfortable beds

Check in could have been easier and we couldn’t get the air con to work.

Large apartment, large sitting room and bedrooms, clean and bright, drip coffee machine, large fridge.

No kettle to boil water, location may not be desirable.

New and recently renovated

The WiFi password didn’t work, and the restroom was bad smelling
