GBGreat location. Very well equipped kitchen etc. Quick responsefrom host. Clean.
The house could do with a bit of a tidy up. Hole in kitchen ceiling etc. The back and front garden could do with weeding and a glam up for not much Money. New washing line ,fencing etc would up the spec and lead to maybe up the rental price for a top of the range property ( no 3 deerpark is a good example) . But it was great for us . Very homely. The front door was a nightmare though and we got locked out twice. Luckily the back door was open. Maybe mention the neighbours have a key.
GBThe location of the property was Fantastic, couldn't ask for any better. A bit of ware and tear with this property, but imagine this is because it has been well used. Hooks on the wall hanging off etc, Kitchen was great, facilities great Bathroom design was worrying, the shower glass doesn't fit properly which meant leaks, and the sink is badly placed as you cant turn the tap properly. Looks like there may have been some water issues in the past. Some stains on the bedding but otherwise very comfortable. I would come here again, Regardless of the above, i believe this is just because of being rented out and maybe other people not treating the property with respect.

GBGreat location, lovely warm and cosy cottage. Well thought out property with everything you need. No direct parking but we managed to park on the streets close by easy enough.

GBThis property is brilliant for a stay in Newquay, brilliant location and perfectly clean. Very modern and has all the things you could possibly need for a stay, even teabags and milk, and other necessities which was a nice touch! Very spacious and of course a bonus that it allows pets. We really couldn’t complain about the property generally, it was great
The only (very slight) grumble we had was with getting in. When we got there we really struggled getting the lockbox open and neither of the contact numbers we had for the host & cleaner were ringing through. But we did get in eventually, so probably just user error, a call back would have been appreciated nevertheless.
