The apartments are very cozy and clean and we especially liked the friendliness and the helpfulness of Mr Stamatis and Mrs Spiridoula, who answered our texts promptly and brought the extra stuff we needed like a chopping board and the ironing board. The small kitchenette was equipped at a minimum but had everything we needed for simple stay-in breakfasts. The area and the building were very quiet and the parking option was very closeby.

The bathroom had a little bit of sewage/sulphur smell. Also don't be deceived by the Maps view of the area, it may look like you're on this little peninsula with direct access to the beach but it's not quite so, properties there are private and there's no easy access to the water.

Everything was great in general. Room is clean and new, the bed is comfy, shower doesn't give any issues, the balcony is nice. The common pool is also nice to use. The host is approachable and helps when needed. As a tip for the next tenant, if you want to use Netflix or other apps from the TV, click on the blue A-B button to bring the in screen cursor.

The one thing that is not good is the soundproofing of the room. Basically there is none, and there is a variety of noises that affected our sleep. You can hear your neighbors talking or being loud, or a baby crying in the morning or night, there is a dog that barks both at night and in the morning. I wanted to remark this point since "Soundproof" is listed in the Facilities page of this apartment. I would suggest to the host to remove that description from the facility. Other than that not so much to dislike, perhaps more wardrobe space would be good, or a bigger drying rack, but it was not an issue.

There was no breakfast and no walkable breakfast place in the area, so we always needed to drive everywhere. Plus the neighbours of our room were super loud, the walls are thin so we couldn't sleep well. The room service also doesn't come every day. We stayed 3 nights, they never came.

Spacious bedroom with a large balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped for quick meals, and towels and hygiene products were always available. The shared pool was pleasantly quiet, making the space very enjoyable.

It would have been convenient to have been provided basic cooking condiments, like salt, pepper, and olive oil.

The property was mostly very quiet and peaceful, enough restaurants within walking distance, friendly staff and having the little pool bar on site is helpful! I also don’t think the pictures of the outside area in the private villas do it justice - it’s a beautiful space!

The only thing is that the cleaning staff on a couple of occasions let themselves into the room, which I personally don’t like, when there is only around 12 rooms and the property have your WhatsApp number, I don’t think letting yourself in is necessary. Also there’s gaps in the walls between private villas that I don’t see a need for, leaves you having awkward eye contact with strangers when you book a private villa to avoid other people. Having said that we would still return, this would make it 10/10 instead of 9/10 for us.
