Beach Flat - Apartamento Praia Doca do Cavacas

Great hospitable hosts and comfortable apartment with lots of places to dry beach clothes! They were very accommodating to getting us the keys and had easy parking and quick access to a mall with a grocery store. Near enough to walk to the water and also decent access to the highway and busses to downtown Funchal.

The apartment had lots of street noise, but we had to keep the windows open for air circulation (they had slats to keep most bugs and light out). Would benefit from ceiling or stand fans to keep the air in the house moving (since there is no AC). WiFi is weak.

Large apartment, two bedrooms, two full baths, small balcony/laundry room. Building close to the promenade, beach and restaurants. Large grocery store and mall within walking distance, coffee shop across the street. Convenient parking underground. Apartment is located on the main floor, wheelchair accessible. Public transit on the same street.

As the apartment is on the main floor, it is difficult to have the windows opened all day to enjoy the sun and the breeze. One bedroom is facing the street, but not too much traffic.

Amazing property, close to everything you might need. Hosts are also very kind and open to communication. They are doing their bests.

Great location, near the beach with many opportunities like walks, restaurants, shopping etc. Very comfortable apartment for 2+4 people with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and garage access. Great service by the host.

Apartment is located on ground floor with most of the windows opening to the road and because of that is quite noisy.
