Mould in the shower Drainage problems in both showers - cause either part blockage or water pressure too high for shower drainage to cope- impossible to say for sure - maybe a combination of both

Perfect location as it is close to the railway station for our steam train ride from Fort William to Mallaig. Just few minutes walk to the city center.

Location was very good with easy access to the town and to walking routes. I would recommend to friends for this reason alone. New outbuilding being constructed during our stay possibly for bicycle storage.

The bathrooms need some work as prone to flooding due to very slow drainage. Bathrooms are in need of refurbishment. Bolt on bathroom door broken and could not be locked

Good location for walking up Ben Nevis. 10min walk into Fort William, plenty outdoor shops and places to eat. But gets very booked up in thee summer.
