L'ospite ci ha atteso oltre l'orario e indicato tutto molto gentilmente nonostante le nostre difficoltà con la lingua. Stanza minuscola ma non mancava nulla. Ringrazio molto!

Mi ero illusa sulla vista lago ma..vabbè..tanto era notte ed il mattino seguente siamo usciti alle 6

Good location overlooking the harbor. Had a deck attached to the room, but didn't use because of rainy weather. Had kayaks, stand up board.

Door to deck was not in good repair.

Wir hatten das Apartment mit eigenem Bad und Küche gebucht. Die Aussicht auf den Fjord war wunderbar. Ulvik war mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Betten komfortabel und das Einchecken problemlos.

Es müssten ein paar kleinere Reparaturen vorgenommen werden (Klobrille, Vorhang, Öffnung Spülmaschine klemmt etc.). Schade war auch, dass es kein Nachtkästchen gab.

Lokacija ob fjordu, možnost uporabe skupne kuhinje, savne, jacuzzija, biljarda. Hladilnik v sobi.

Majhna soba, v kuhinji bi morale biti na voljo čiste kuhinjske krpe.

It's a great place with a sauna, beautiful communal deck overlooking the sea. The cheap rooms are quite small and really only good for sleeping and a shower. Small kitchen that has everything you need. The kayak is fun too.

If you don't get a bigger room, it can be quite tight in your room, and they can get hot in July. If there are noisy kids around the ambience of the place is lost. The facilities are generally clean but the floor of our bathroom wasn't cleaned before our arrival.

Wonderful position

Everything was too small. The room was so small that was impossible to move. Also the sink was incredibily small. The kitchen was always crowded and not clean. External spaces were ok but in case of wind or rain It would have been a disaster to stay there. More hobbittun than Trolltun

Outstanding fjord views. Worth paying a bit extra for the view and amenities. Hot tub always on hot - very nice. Very specious. Modern. Free kayak use.

Some kitchen utinsils were dirty. Microwave would have been useful.

It is in a stunningly beautiful location, just a short walk to the city center. The sauna and hot tub were a dream come true! There were kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes to use as well! Honestly I loved this place so much, I do not understand any of the negative reviews!? The host was super responsive and kind. This was a perfect stay.

I do wish there was a shelf by the bed and a tea kettle in the room. There is a shared kitchen though so if you need to cook anything it has everything you need.
