I didn't like that. I had only rented it for one night when I should have rented it for two .

It was an incredibly enjoyable honor to stay at the gorgeous historical Golden Parlor! The house and location were absolutely perfect for my family of 4 + our little dog. This house was delightful, down to ever detail! We all slept well in the comfortable beds with soft, luxurious bedding and my daughters loved having their own space. Golden Parlor is full of beautiful decorative details in every corner as well as practical amenities. The kitchen was a lovely, sunny place to start the day and we appreciated the Keurig cup coffee set up. We also immensely enjoyed the hot tub, complete with built-in headrests and cup holders. The washer and dryer were another appreciated convenience. The location was also perfect-a stone's throw from downtown Grass Valley. Finally, Daphne, the host, was both responsive and kind! We loved staying in this house so much we did not want to leave and stayed an extra night! Golden Parlor is truly a gem in every way, and I recommend it highly!!

There was literally nothing we didn't like! It was all wonderful!!

Beautiful historic building but also updated with modern appliances and comfort. Awesome to be able to enjoy the hot tub, and to be able to take a short walk to restaurants for our dinner.

Very little to dislike. My 4 year old son commented that the door was creaky and we should tell them it needs oil, but that’s about it- lol.
