Main thing was no safe,we had to bring everything with us all the time,air conditioning didn’t work,there was only one unit in the lounge area,none in the bedroom where it was needed most,I reported it to the owner on the 2nd day but nothing was done,TV only in Spanish,wardrobes and presses locked,if you book somewhere you should have the use of all of it ,constantly being spied on by camera even though she was told it was illegal,it was more like a concentration camp with all the rules and regulations

Location was perfect apart from the steep hill 🙈 the apartment had everything you needed. The washer was a bonus with having young children. Was very peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay

Had nowhere to put our clothes as padlocks on wardrobe in main room. WiFi wasn't the best but it didn't bother me just the kids

Location was perfect. Nice quiet area and clean.

Wifi wasn't working when we first arrived which wasn't ideal however the owner was quick to solve the issue

It was an ideal location. 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean beds and a bottle of wine and water left in fridge.

It was falsely advertised as being family friendly as this certainly isn't the case. On arrival we were shocked that the majority of the apartment was padlocked (wardrobes, bathroom units, kitchen cupboards, the bed, the sofa). I did expect a locked cupboard but not a whole apartment. The key was held together with tape as it was snapped in half. The previous tenants passport details were left for us on the counter which didn't give me much confidence to leave my own families details when asked. The shower runs off a tank so are unable to wash our family of 6 as there wasn't any hot water after 2 very short showers. The Aircon didn't work as the coins were jammed inside. We then received messages from the owner threatening to have the police remove us as we had my parents round to see the kids, Not staying over just visiting for an hour at most (apparently this is against the rules) Her neighbours were shouting at my kids for splashing about in the pool..that's what kids do. Another massage about the kids leaving toys in the pool the same day they were in it. We also got a message from booking saying we may need to pay upto €299 to replace her towels as she's seen on the camera (which she's advertised as a security camera) that the kids were sunbathing on a sunbed out the front of the apartment ( it was my own towel) The messages we were sent were not accurate at all as we weren't even on holiday with 10 people 🙈 The list could go on and on but after 3 days of her messaging with problems we felt we couldn't stay and had to leave to find emergency accommodation. She doesn't send you any rules until after you've paid in full then has a no refund policy. Rules which she will keep adding to during your stay. We as a family have had our holiday ruined after spending alot of money to be able to come with the kids. She also does not address any problems when told.
