A Dream Come True cabin

It was located in a quiet area. Very peaceful. The front view of the wooded area was nice. Nothing else was acceptable!!

The drawers wouldn’t hold clothes because they had no bottom to them, the only bowls were salad bowls wouldn’t hold cereal even. Toilet paper and paper towels were supposed to be supplied. We had 2 rolls total for 4 people all week. Asked for some and never got it. They had 4 towels total for 4 people for a week. They did bring more at our request, the 2nd day. Not enough dishes, The picture of the 2nd bedroom was not how it was. It had 2 beds without headboards on the slanted wall so you hit your head raising up out of bed. The chairs needed the cushions replaced. The hot tub smelled like old water and no chemicals, the back view was a dirt mound, no cell phone service, could only text sometimes, the stairs were a hazard. My husband fell down and messed his arm up. I called and they came out and put some stuff on the steps that o told them they needed. But it was too late. He already fell!! I’m thankful the kids didn’t! The place had 3 TV’s only one worked the first night. The bedroom tvs never worked. VERY disappointed! I messaged several times about things on the apps that kept sending me repeated messages asking to confirm our stay and asking about our stay. But no reply ever! I called the number when we got home. She said to send her the info and pictures to give to admin. This is the first time we have ever had a bad experience!! It was a ruined vacation due to our stay! Place is old and needs a very good cleaning! Toilets were so small they seemed like for toddlers, showers were so small you couldn’t move. I had to shave my legs outside of it. It needs a total renovation! I received tons of messages saying if i couldn’t give a 5 star review to let them know. I did. Nobody ever responded.

The cost for the week, including up to 6 guests was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the hot tub and the gaming area. My wife and I loved the porch and swing for simple relaxation.

There really wasn't much that we didn't like, the little cation could have been a little more secluded from the view of the road, but all in all, the trip was a complete success thanks to your beautiful cabin. We will use you again for future vacations if you're available in our destination of choice.

Peaceful

The inside was comfortable. Good beds. Sort of fun upstairs. We could only play air hockey as the there was no ping pong net or balls and the table was so slanted, the we could not play pool. Other video games were fun and a nice touch. TV’s worked well, all except the master bedroom did not work at all.

The back porch opens to dirt. Useless. The front yard is nice. It was not the Mountain View I was expecting. The kitchen had 6oz tiny coffee mugs so the dreams of enjoying a nice cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the Mountain were shot. The grill was unusable as it was so rusted. Kitchen amenities were severely under stocked to stay for much longer than a weekend if you wanted to do your own cooking (which we wanted to do). There were no cleaning supplies so being in a house for 7 days without being able to clean the counters or the floor was not ideal. I text the number given asking for a bottle of cleaner , saw that it was read and never received a response. Bathroom- only soap and shampoo are provided. You need to buy or bring anything else you need.

The location was convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very quiet and pleasant place to stay.

The code to the door didn’t work but the key was easily accessible.
