Il Borgo di Nonno Carlo

Il Borgo di Nonno Carlo è un luogo denso di storia che traspare in ogni angolo della struttura, grazie anche alla passione dei proprietari, gentili, ospitali e sempre pronti a dare consigli. La colazione è ricca di prodotti di qualità e dolci fatti in casa. Una sistemazione accogliente, spaziosa e a poca distanza dai principali centri cilentani, di facile raggiungimento.

La struttura è stata ristrutturata pochi anni fa e presenta stanze ampie, dotate di aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. La pulizia della camera e degli spazi comuni è stata impeccabile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La famiglia proprietaria della struttura è molto disponibile, e le torte preparate per la colazione erano squisite. La posizione della struttura è in collina, ma è l’ideale per raggiungere le spiagge di Caprioli, che si trovano a soli 5 minuti di auto, e ha il vantaggio di una temperatura più fresca. Ci torneremo.

Di questo posto ricorderò il silenzio, la quiete, la tranquillità che sono un balsamo per chi vive in città frenetiche e vittime del traffico. La macchina è necessaria ma si trovano ampi spazi per parcheggiare anche lungo la via del mare. Gli host sono stati squisiti, gentili e sempre disponibili. I fichi dei loro alberi sono deliziosi!!

Very friendly owners, nice rooms!

The B&B is on the site of an old farmhouse. The rooms were all brand new when we visited and the whole place was lovely and clean. Our family room was a good size and we had a fridge freezer which was very useful to us for storing drinks and snacks. The family who run the B&B were so sweet and kind, especially to our children who enjoyed being curious and playing in the garden and seeing the cats. The breakfast was amazing, especially the homemade cakes made by the mum and the fresh figs! There were great views from the rooftop balcony. The location is nice and quiet, we slept well and were not disturbed at all. The farmhouse was about five minutes drive down to some amazing beaches, and maybe another ten minutes into Palinuro itself where we went in the evenings for food. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us plenty of information about what we could do during our stay, even though we mostly enjoyed the beaches and relaxed. They lent us a beach umbrella which was essential for our stay and gave us tips for parking. We would love to come back again when they have finished all their amazing plans for this B&B as i think it will be even more fantastic if that is possible!
