Super Hotel O Surya Inn

This is possibly the worst hotel near Varanasi airport, and a trap for potential travellers. The rooms stick. They are very small. There are no proper beds. The bathroom is horrible, with no proper sanitation provided.

For the price we paid, a 2* facility would have provided way better facilities that this place. It is a stinky place and every sensible traveler should avoid going there. I wonder how it was rated a 4* place on booking.com unless some unfair means were applied.

The location near the airport is what I was looking for and it was near. The staff was friendly and kind.

Dirty (see photos), there was a mouse in the room, having read the reviews from other people, it doesn’t look like the management has taken any of the feedback on board. The staff lacks training and is not equipped to assess what is and what isn’t acceptable, including the mouse running around as if it were something normal. The communication over booking platform is non existent. The star rating is zero, this is definitely not a four star property and it is misleading. The photos presented are misleading—the hotel is run down with dirty walls, taped bed-side cabinets, dirty bin, mat, bathroom stank of something and had a lot of red rust everywhere. Note that there is noise from the main road and also from the corridors where staff speaks loud.
