USUSIt was just perfect. Nothing ultra fancy just right. Very clean and right on the main road.
There was nothing to not like
USThe bed was comfortable, the room had a fridge/freezer, microwave, hot water pot, and a french press for coffee (which was also provided). It was clean and well laid out. The room isn't huge, but it was fine for the two of us and our stuff. There was a small table and 2 chairs for sitting at. This is an older motel converted into individual rooms, so we could park directly outside our door. There's no reception area - they send you a door code to get into your room (which worked fine.) There is a full (shared) kitchen down at the end of the building for real cooking. They are located at the end of the main street through Leadville, so there are lots of eating choices within walking distance. (We liked the Tennessee Pass Cafe for dinner, and the Silver Llama for breakfast/brunch.)

USAwesome experience. If your wanting a Ritz-Carlton look elsewhere. If you’re wanting a wonderful and comfortable place to stay at a GREAT price, this is it!! Every extra touch was provided. Refrigerator, French press coffee, and a “goodie” bag with everything from chapstick to lotion to earplugs to snacks.
Little bit of road noise but provided noise machine made it better.
