Gorgeously decorated and outfitted with absolutely everything you need. This is a level of hosting we have never before experienced. Not only was the place fabulous, but elisabetta, the hostess, was kind, considerate, and helpful with everything.

The apartment is perfect, spacious, very clean, very good location, quite...very nice owners of the apartment. Everything was perfectly organised. I totally recommend the stay.

We liked the space, the cleanliness, it had a dedicated laundry space, it had everything you would need in a home away from home - well set up. It was also in a quiet neighbourhood and only 20 minutes walk from Bologna’s centre under porticos. Our hostess was lovely and very helpful.

Stairs, two flights, but you only have to take your luggage up once and bring it down once. We just needed a little more information about the blinds (they are on the outside of the windows) but we figured it out.

What is there to not love? The location is a safe haven away from the airport bustle and a packed itinerary. You're within walking distance from breathtaking historical architecture, live music pulsing brightening piazzas and some excellent caffé lungo. The apparement's ambience is calm and soothing. It's neat and you have all you need for a short or long-term stay. Elisabetta and Paolo are kind, checked in with me regularly and recommended nearby stores and dinner spots. They are wonderful humans and I hope to visit again. Bologna, and the North, is special. If you're a solo female traveller, rest assured you'll be looked after and locals will gladly assist you if you're lost or feel unsafe. The station is central to some well-known tourist spots, but do visit the smaller towns - they are absolutely enchanting. *This is Italy, use the opportunity to learn and/improve your Italian. Locals also warmly assist and correct you.

Everything! It is a fully functioning apartment. Big bed. Bathtub and shower. Full kitchen. Laundry. Great location. Had the best food of my life around the corner. And Elisabetta is so kind and attentive.

The apartment is spacious and comfy. Great location close to San Stefano square.

I liked that this is large apartment 3 sleeping places, lots of door to isolate a room for peace or from daylight, well furnished, with lots of art, accessories, home appliances, tea, coffee sewing kit, laundry, extra pillows, robes, guides, lamps, guides, games for kids, two key sets, full cooking and cutlery, emergency toothpaste etc - those little things that make it feel cozy like at home and not cold, lifeless rent apartment.

There is large Tv in comfortable, cozy living room but it’s not a Smart Tv, it only has Italian channels. This would make it all totally perfect if it was a Smart TV that you can spend an evening with, watching some Netflix or other streamed app/source, resting comfortably in the sofa after long walking day at Bologna.

The apartment is great - large, clean and comfortable. The host are very nice, thoughtful and really helpful.
